Which department having jurisdiction for issuing non marriage certificate?

1. Where to Go:

  • Union Council: The primary place to obtain this certificate is your local Union Council, where you are a permanent resident.

  • Marriage Registrar Office: Alternatively, you can also apply at the Marriage Registrar Office.

  • Cantonment board office
