Guardianship Certificate

A guardianship certificate in Pakistan is a court-issued document that gives someone the legal right to care for a minor or manage their property. It's not automatically granted, but is decided based on what's best for the minor's welfare.

To obtain a Guardian Certificate in Pakistan, you need to file a petition in the relevant Guardian Court within the minor's jurisdiction, outlining your claim to guardianship, providing supporting documents, and attending a court hearing where the judge will assess the situation and decide in the best interest of the child, ultimately issuing the certificate if approved; it's highly recommended to consult a family lawyer to properly prepare the petition and navigate the process.
