minimum age of marriage for male & female ?
Pakistani Senate passed Child Marriage Restraint (Amendment) Bill 2018 , to increase the minimum age of marriage for female 16 to 18. The bill was passed with overwhelming majority. However, the Muslim countries like Oman, Turkey and United Arab Emirates have already set 18 as the minimum age of marriage of male and female. prior 2018 , sindh govt set 18 as the minimum age of marriage of male and female by passing Sindh Child Marriage Restraint Act 2013.
مرد اور عورت کی شادی کی کم از کم عمر؟
پاکستانی سینیٹ نے چائلڈ میرج ریسٹرینٹ (ترمیمی) بل 2018 منظور کر لیا جس کے تحت لڑکیوں کی شادی کی کم از کم عمر 16 سال سے بڑھا کر 18 سال کی جائے گی۔ بل بھاری اکثریت سے منظور کر لیا گیا۔ تاہم عمان، ترکی اور متحدہ عرب امارات جیسے مسلم ممالک نے پہلے ہی مرد اور عورت کی شادی کی کم از کم عمر 18 سال مقرر کر رکھی ہے۔ 2018 سے پہلے، سندھ حکومت نے سندھ چائلڈ میرج ریسٹرینٹ ایکٹ 2013 منظور کرتے ہوئے مرد اور عورت کی شادی کی کم از کم عمر 18 سال مقرر کی تھی۔
minim limit of dower in Islam ?
It is often fixed at preposterous rates of 10 Dirhams (under the Hanafi school of thought) and 3 Dirhams (Maliki) and even the notoriously illogical “sharia haq mahr” of PKR 32.25. Those who consider themselves as “liberals” set it as 500 Dirhams (a mahr given by the Prophet (PBUH) to each of his wives), sometimes 480 Dirhams (a mahr that Ali (RA) gave Fatima (RA)).Allah know the best.

limit of dower in Pakistani law?
There no details about the mode of payment of dower are specified in the nikahnama or the marriage contract, the entire amount of the dower shall be presumed to be payable on demand.According to THE MUSLIM FAMILY LAWS ORDINANCE 1961

types of dower ?
The mahr amount given to the bride at the signing of the marriage contract is called a muajjal (معجل) (which is paid at time of marriage (nikah), and the portion that is promised but deferred is called a ghaire mu'ajjal (غیر معجل) (which is paid after completion of marriage)
مہر کی اقسام؟

دوسری شادی کی اجازت مسلم فیملی لاز آرڈیننس 1961 کے سیکشن 6 کے مطابق لازمی ہے۔
if person marry with 2nd woman without getting permission from 1st wife ?
if he do so,
1 : he shall be punished to simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months and fine of one hundred thousand rupees and
2 : pay immediately the entire amount of the dower of 1st wife.
